Welcome to Frontline Executive LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and transportation services. By accessing our website, requesting a reservation, booking transportation, or using services provided by Frontline Executive LLC (“Frontline Executive,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

Please review these Terms before requesting or using our services.

1. Transportation Services

Frontline Executive LLC provides professional chauffeur and private transportation services subject to availability, service area, scheduling, applicable laws, and these Terms.

Transportation services may include, but are not limited to:

- Airport transportation
- Business and professional transportation
- Special events
- Concerts and sporting events
- Dinner and date-night transportation
- Weddings and celebrations
- Personal transportation
- Other prearranged transportation services

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a reservation. A reservation is considered confirmed only after Frontline Executive LLC has accepted the request and provided confirmation.

2. Reservations

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when requesting transportation, including:

- Passenger name
- Contact information
- Pickup location
- Destination
- Requested pickup date and time
- Number of passengers
- Relevant flight or travel information, when applicable
- Any special requests or circumstances that may affect the transportation service

Customers should review reservation details carefully and notify Frontline Executive LLC as soon as possible if changes are required.

Reservation modifications are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

3. Rates and Payment

Rates may vary based on the requested service, distance, duration, waiting time, itinerary, special requests, tolls, parking, additional stops, and other circumstances associated with the trip.

Pricing will be communicated as applicable before or during the reservation process.

Customers are responsible for all agreed charges associated with their reservation.

If payment is processed through a third-party payment processor, the customer's payment information may also be subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.

4. Cancellations and Changes

We understand that plans can change.

Cancellation and reservation-change requirements may vary depending on the type of transportation requested, scheduling circumstances, and other factors.

Customers should contact Frontline Executive LLC as soon as possible when a reservation needs to be cancelled or changed.

Depending on the circumstances and any cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking, late cancellations or failure to appear for a confirmed reservation may result in a cancellation charge or forfeiture of amounts already paid.

Any specific cancellation or refund terms communicated and accepted in connection with a reservation will form part of these Terms for that reservation.

5. Pickup Times and Passenger Readiness

Customers are responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time.

Frontline Executive LLC will make reasonable efforts to arrive promptly and provide reliable service.

Customers should provide sufficient scheduling time for traffic, airport procedures, security screening, weather conditions, road closures, special events, and other circumstances that may affect travel time.

Additional waiting time may result in additional charges when applicable.

6. Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control

While Frontline Executive LLC strives to provide prompt and dependable transportation, certain circumstances may occur outside our reasonable control.

These may include:

- Traffic congestion
- Accidents or roadway incidents
- Severe weather
- Road closures
- Construction
- Law-enforcement activity
- Flight delays or changes
- Major public events
- Mechanical emergencies
- Government actions
- Other unexpected circumstances

Frontline Executive LLC cannot guarantee exact arrival or travel times when circumstances beyond our reasonable control affect transportation.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays when practicable.

7. Passenger Conduct and Safety

The safety and comfort of passengers and the chauffeur are important to Frontline Executive LLC.

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and lawfully while using our services.

Frontline Executive LLC reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to refuse or discontinue transportation when a passenger's behavior creates a safety risk, involves unlawful activity, threatens or harasses the chauffeur or others, intentionally damages property, or otherwise makes continuation of the trip unsafe.

Passengers must comply with applicable seat-belt, passenger-safety, and other transportation laws.

8. Vehicle Care and Damage

Passengers are expected to respect and properly care for the vehicle.

Customers may be responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for reasonable costs resulting from damage, excessive cleaning, or other extraordinary expenses caused by a passenger during transportation.

Any such charge will be based on the circumstances and reasonable costs associated with restoring the vehicle.

9. Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings before, during, and after transportation.

Frontline Executive LLC will make reasonable efforts to assist customers who report an item left in the vehicle.

However, Frontline Executive LLC cannot guarantee the recovery of lost, forgotten, stolen, or misplaced property.

10. Airport and Travel Transportation

Customers requesting airport transportation are responsible for providing accurate airline, flight, airport, and scheduling information when applicable.

Flight schedules and airport conditions may change without notice.

Customers should allow adequate time for airport check-in, security screening, baggage procedures, traffic, and other travel requirements.

Frontline Executive LLC is not responsible for missed flights or other travel connections resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. SMS and Text Message Terms

By providing a mobile telephone number and affirmatively consenting to receive text messages from Frontline Executive LLC, you agree that we may send text messages concerning inquiries, reservations, transportation details, trip updates, service communications, and other communications for which you have provided consent.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of applicable text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.

Mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent are handled in accordance with the Frontline Executive LLC Privacy Policy.

Customers who elect to receive promotional emails, newsletters, company updates, or other marketing communications may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe option included in applicable emails.

Service-related communications necessary to administer an active reservation may still be sent when appropriate.

Transportation services are subject to availability.

Frontline Executive LLC reserves the right to accept or decline reservation requests when permitted by applicable law, including when requested service cannot reasonably or safely be provided.

Nothing submitted through the website should be considered a guaranteed reservation until Frontline Executive LLC confirms the requested transportation.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Frontline Executive LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any right, remedy, duty, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
